What We Can Do in Zoom

Families at Home

We have a number of options for families (family groups, or pods) looking to enrich their student(s)' learning from home while public health guidelines are in place.

Individual Investigation

1:1

Custom designed series of 4 workshops for an individual student.

Zoom to Friends (Pod)

5:1

Get 5 friends together and select a 4 workshop series from a wide variety of topics & grade levels.

Seminar Research

1:1

Research mentor guided investigation using well-defined set of protocols and materials available and safe for use at home.

Individual Research

1:1

Open investigation of student's unique interest guided by research mentor.   In some cases, development of a research paper may be appropriate.

School Based Learning

Whether students are working with a structured home school support organization, in an after school program, or part of a traditional school classroom, our options for zoom based workshops for classroom communities retain the fun and engagement of our in person workshops. We have experience zooming to classrooms of students who are in their home and also who are all together in their classroom.

In School Classroom

20:1

We have revised 90+ workshops to work well in a zoom based, individualized materials setting.

Grant Support

20:1

We have grants to support zoom based workshops for schools in under served communities.

After school programs

15:1

Workshops from our after school offerings have also been converted for presentation via zoom and to utilize materials that are available in a home setting.

Homeschool

25:1

Home school programs can be built from our in school workshops, after school workshops and our research material.  The students often span multiple grades.

We are committed to providing an intellectually stimulating and confidence building experience, whether in person or via remote learning technology.
